1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, downloading, or running Delta Executor from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, please delete all files and discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Permitted Use License
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to download and run the Delta Executor client on your personal devices (Android, iOS, or PC emulator). The commercial resale, redistribution, modification of binaries, or reverse-engineering of the application code is strictly prohibited.
3. Third-Party Scripts Disclaimer
Delta Executor provides a framework that compiles and executes user-provided Lua and Luau scripts. We do not write, maintain, host, or verify the safety of scripts imported by our users. You assume all risks associated with executing third-party code in your game client, including the risk of running malicious scripts that could compromise your game items or Roblox account security.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Delta Executor team, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including Roblox account bans, in-game item loss, data loss, hardware crashes, or software incompatibility issues) arising out of the use or inability to use this software utility.
